I join another CF that is literally on my way to my college class and I miss U R CrossFit....all the other CF programs are not as good as yours. I think it's the people at URC that make the pain seem like fun! Because there is nothing more encouraging than getting a sincere YOU CAN DO THIS ..from a fellow CrossFitter. URC is definitely in a league of their own and the only one I've been to so far that truly has the brotherhood that CF is suppose to be about. So kudos to you for that. I will be back to U R CrossFit as soon as I am done with school.

Bill R. — 5 star - I've trained at 8 other boxes, (CA, WA, VT, MA, FL), as a regular or on drop basis. I have been active all my life either playing hockey as a youth up to men's leagues as an adult and conducted many workout / lifting sessions for years. Crossfit by far is the best total body workout ever and U R Crossfit, Brian & Amanda and all the Cru patrons are the best. The trainers really care about individual improvement and make sure your form and execution of each exercise is correct. I don't think I could ever find a Box, owners, trainers or patrons as dedicated and nice as those at U R Crossfit. Like a second family :)
