This is a great 6 week program for people looking for increased muscle tone, fat loss, and strength. PR stands for Personal Record and that is what our program is all about. We will test your fitness level on Day 1 and again at the end of the 6 weeks. With regular attendance, we guarantee a new PR for you.
Our Boot Camp PR's program is suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced and is designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. You can expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettle bells, and functional movements. We will have you in and out in 45 minutes and wondering what just happened.

Nutrition That Makes Sense Amanda is our Registered Dietitian on staff and she will ensure you have the RIGHT nutritional guidance throughout the program. We are one of very few state certified gyms that can offer this.

We have two levels to help you get started. L1 - A great starting point for anybody. L2 - Slightly more advanced movements and heavier weights.
Classes are offered Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 8am. Only $149 for the 6 week program.
